I continue to be amazed that 18 years after the Internet debuted as a communications and commercial tool for business, there is still such poor understanding of it across management ranks and across companies.
Anyone under 40 years old - and mid-career - really should "get" digital. And for those older than 40, how is it possible, in nearly two decades, to continue to overlook the biggest disruption to business since the Industrial Revolution? And why is it tolerated?
